Agent Experience Coordinator
As an Agent Experience Coordinator at Compass, you will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors in our Winchester, MA office. This role involves managing daily office operations to ensure a seamless and welcoming environment, aligning with Compass's mission to revolutionize the real estate industry through innovative technology and exceptional service.
Your primary responsibilities will include greeting guests, overseeing mail distribution, organizing in-office events, and addressing various office-related needs. You will also support agents by facilitating the adoption of Compass's technology and services, providing one-on-one assistance, and coordinating with marketing specialists to fulfill marketing requests. Additionally, you will collaborate with team members across departments to address agent inquiries and feedback, troubleshoot basic technical issues, and assist with administrative tasks such as preparing for sales meetings and managing office communications.
The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in customer service, office management, hospitality, or operations. Experience in the real estate industry and familiarity with enterprise technologies like Zendesk, Salesforce, or Confluence are advantageous. Strong interpersonal skills, a passion for fostering community within the office, problem-solving abilities, and meticulous attention to detail are essential. The role requires the ability to work on-site during standard operating hours and the capability to lift up to 25 pounds.
Compass offers a competitive compensation package, including a base pay range of $22.00 to $26.00 per hour, with potential bonuses and restricted stock units.
