Agent Experience Coordinator

As an Agent Experience Coordinator at Compass, you will be the first point of contact for clients entering our offices, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment. This role is integral to maintaining our office standards and supporting our mission to revolutionize the real estate industry through our end-to-end platform.

Your primary responsibilities will include managing the office's daily operations, such as welcoming guests, handling mail distribution, and overseeing the overall appearance and organization of the space. You will provide first-line support for office-related needs, assist clients with our tools and programs, and facilitate basic marketing requests. Additionally, you will collaborate with team members to address client inquiries and feedback, troubleshoot technology issues, and support office events.

We are seeking candidates with 1-2 years of experience in customer service, office management, hospitality, or operations. Experience in real estate and familiarity with enterprise technology platforms like Zendesk, Salesforce, or Confluence are advantageous. Strong problem-solving skills, excellent verbal and written communication, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to foster community within the office are essential. The role requires the ability to work on-site during standard operating hours and to lift up to 25 lbs.

The expected base pay for this position ranges from $22.00 to $28.56 per hour, depending on location and experience. Additional compensation elements, such as bonuses, commissions, or equity grants, may be available, along with a comprehensive benefits program.
