Agent Experience Coordinator
As an Agent Experience Coordinator at Compass, you will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment in our Boca Raton office. This role is integral to maintaining office operations and upholding Compass's high standards, contributing to our mission of revolutionizing the real estate industry with our end-to-end platform.
Your primary responsibilities will include managing the office's daily operations, such as welcoming guests, handling mail distribution, and organizing in-office events. You will provide first-line support for office-related needs, maintain supply inventory, and escalate facilities issues as necessary. Additionally, you will support a select group of clients by assisting with Compass tools and programs, addressing marketing requests, and facilitating the adoption of our technology and services through one-on-one support.
The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in customer service, office management, hospitality, or operations. Experience in real estate and familiarity with enterprise technologies like Zendesk, Salesforce, or Confluence are advantageous. Strong listening skills, empathy, and a passion for fostering community within the office are essential. Candidates should possess excellent problem-solving abilities, strong verbal communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the capacity to work during standard operating hours. The ability to lift up to 25 lbs is also required.
