As an Agent Experience Manager at Compass, you will serve as the primary point of contact for agents, guiding them from their initial onboarding through their ongoing journey with the company. This role is integral to Compass's mission of revolutionizing the real estate industry by providing agents with an end-to-end platform that enhances their ability to deliver exceptional service to clients. Based in the Charlotte (South Park) office, this position requires a full-time, in-office presence.

In this role, you will manage a portfolio of high-touch agents, addressing their daily inquiries and challenges through various communication channels. You will promote the adoption of Compass's proprietary technology and services by offering personalized support, strategic recommendations, and conducting group training sessions. Additionally, you will assist with marketing efforts by creating collateral from templates and coordinating with marketing specialists for more complex requests. Collaborating with the Onboarding team, you will strategize and execute plans to welcome new agents to Compass. Your responsibilities will also include supporting projects such as new office openings and national initiatives, and mentoring Agent Experience Coordinators by managing escalations and providing guidance.

The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in customer service, training, office management, hospitality, or operations. Experience in real estate is advantageous, as is familiarity with live or virtual training and enterprise technologies like Zendesk, Salesforce, or Confluence. A passion for supporting agents in growing their businesses is essential, along with the ability to establish credibility with key decision-makers. Strong listening skills, empathy, and a commitment to fostering community within the office are crucial. The role demands excellent problem-solving abilities, effective communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the capacity to work autonomously. Candidates must be able to work standard office hours and lift up to 25 lbs.
