Agent Experience Manager
The Agent Experience Manager at Compass serves as the primary point of contact for agents, ensuring a seamless integration into the company's ecosystem. This role is pivotal in supporting agents by providing comprehensive training on Compass's tools and programs, assisting with marketing initiatives, and facilitating a world-class experience. The position is based 100% in-office at the Downtown Naples location.
Key responsibilities include managing a portfolio of high-touch agents, addressing their day-to-day inquiries through various communication channels, and promoting the adoption of Compass technology and services. The role also involves creating marketing materials from templates, coordinating with marketing specialists for complex requests, and collaborating with the Onboarding team to strategize and execute the onboarding process for new agents. Additionally, the Agent Experience Manager supports projects such as new office openings and national initiatives, while mentoring Agent Experience Coordinators and managing escalations.
Candidates should possess 2-3 years of experience in customer service, training, office management, hospitality, or operations. Experience in real estate, live or remote training, and working with enterprise technologies like Zendesk, Salesforce, or Confluence is advantageous. The role requires strong problem-solving and analytical skills, excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and a passion for fostering community within the office environment. The ability to lift up to 25 lbs is also necessary.
The compensation for this position ranges from $29.00 to $31.00 per hour, with final offers depending on job-related factors such as experience and skills. Additional compensation elements, including bonuses, commissions, or equity grants, may be available, along with a comprehensive benefits program.
