AI Creative Design Junior Associate

is seeking an AI Creative Design Junior Associate to join our dynamic marketing team in Jakarta, Indonesia. In this position, you will utilize generative AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Midjourney to support creative ideation and content creation. Your responsibilities will include designing and refining structured prompts to generate visual, video, or text-based outputs, producing short-form videos and social media visuals aligned with our brand guidelines, and documenting AI workflows to prepare reports on creative outputs and campaign performance. Collaboration with designers, marketing teams, and other stakeholders will be essential to translate creative briefs into deliverables.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree in any field, with a preference for Design or Film Studies. You should have 3–5 years of experience in creative production, digital content, or multimedia design, with exposure to video production and social media content. Hands-on experience using generative AI tools in creative workflows for approximately 2 years is preferred. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) for basic to intermediate content editing is also required.
