AI Enterprise Architect
As an AI Enterprise Architect at Peloton, you will lead the development of autonomous AI agents that execute complex workflows across various departments, including Finance, Supply Chain, Marketing, Legal, and the People Team. Reporting directly to the CIO organization, this role is pivotal in advancing Peloton's internal evolution towards Agentic AI, moving beyond simple chatbots to build sophisticated, autonomous systems.
Your primary responsibilities will include architecting and coding multi-agent systems capable of reasoning, utilizing tools, and executing end-to-end business processes such as automated financial reconciliation, legal contract analysis, and supply chain demand forecasting. You will collaborate with leaders across departments to translate complex operational challenges into concrete AI architectures, evaluate the latest agentic frameworks and large language model providers, and design highly available inference services that integrate seamlessly with existing corporate service meshes. Additionally, you will implement security measures to protect enterprise data and optimize the total cost of ownership by managing trade-offs between agent reasoning depth and compute costs.
The ideal candidate will have 8–10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 2 years focused on AI/ML infrastructure or data engineering at scale. Proficiency in Python, Go, or Java/Scala is required, along with a strong grasp of distributed systems and microservices. Experience with LLM orchestration frameworks, vector databases, modern data stacks, and cloud environments is essential. Expert knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD patterns for machine learning lifecycles is also expected.
