The Senior Manager, Supply Chain Strategy at Peloton is responsible for leading optimization projects to address cross-functional supply chain challenges. These projects range from short multi-week sprints affecting small teams to long-term global initiatives impacting multiple departments, including sourcing, manufacturing, transportation, and international operations. This role is pivotal in shaping Peloton's future network, ensuring the effective deployment of new capabilities, and planning and executing efficient supply chain strategies.

Key responsibilities include building relationships across internal teams and peer functions, such as Data Science, Warehousing and Transportation, Planning, Member Support, Enterprise Tech, and Finance, to identify and advocate for improvement opportunities. The role involves optimizing the end-to-end global network strategy from manufacturing to middle-mile distribution centers to final-mile delivery, aiming to minimize costs while delivering the best possible member experience. Additionally, the Senior Manager will develop analyses and business cases, execute key activities, resolve risks and issues, document key assumptions, provide leadership updates, and serve as the single point of truth for cross-functional impacts. Developing mechanisms to track savings, costs, and service metrics impacted by these projects is also essential.

Candidates should have over six years of experience in analytical, operational, or consulting roles supporting Operations and Supply Chain teams, or an advanced degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field. A proven track record in designing, implementing, and supporting supply chain network optimization, transportation optimization, inventory optimization, or simulation projects is required. Experience conducting quantitative and qualitative financial analysis, clear communication skills with the ability to present findings succinctly, and strong organizational and detail-oriented abilities are essential. Proficiency in data analytics tools such as SQL, Looker, or Python, and experience with network optimization tools are advantageous. The role may require up to 25% travel.
