Director, Strategy and Operations
Peloton is seeking a Director of Strategy and Operations to lead the transformation of its Enterprise Technology (ET) division. This role serves as the Chief of Staff for the CIO organization, bridging high-level strategy with operational execution to enhance the company's technological capabilities and business agility.
Key responsibilities include leading the Enterprise Technology Program Management Office (ETPMO) to oversee complex, cross-functional initiatives across departments such as Finance, Supply Chain, and HR. The director will build and manage the ET Monthly Business Review process, defining and tracking key performance indicators related to spending, system stability, technical debt reduction, and team productivity. Additionally, the role involves partnering with the CIO and ET leadership to develop and maintain the Enterprise Tech Roadmap, ensuring IT priorities align with broader business goals focused on growth and operational excellence.
The ideal candidate will have over 12 years of experience in Operations, Strategy, or Technical Program Management, particularly within large-scale enterprise technology organizations. A proven track record in building and scaling a PMO, managing multi-million dollar budgets, and establishing managed services with strict SLAs is essential. Familiarity with the technology needs of global business operations, including manufacturing, warehousing, and administrative functions, is also required. Strong executive-level reporting skills and the ability to integrate AI and automation into business workflows are highly valued.
