Americas GSI Director - Advisory
The Americas GSI Director - Advisory at Commvault is a senior leadership role responsible for managing and expanding strategic partnerships with major advisory and consulting firms, including Deloitte, Kyndryl, and Accenture, across North and Latin America. This position reports directly to the AVP, Americas Strategic Partners, and plays a pivotal role in driving Commvault's growth initiatives within the region.
In this role, the director will develop and execute joint business plans, foster senior executive relationships, and oversee partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue streams. Key responsibilities include strategic account mapping, joint opportunity planning, and coordinating pursuit strategies across priority industries and accounts. The director will also collaborate with Americas sales leadership and field teams to identify and accelerate opportunities where strategic partners have significant influence or active client engagements.
Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience, with over 10 years in strategic alliances, enterprise sales, or partner management. A minimum of 5 years of direct experience in developing and managing relationships with global advisory, consulting, and systems integration partners is essential. Demonstrated experience with firms such as Deloitte, Kyndryl, and Accenture, including established relationships across various leadership levels, is highly desirable.
The compensation for this role ranges from $170,000 to $272,550 USD annually, commensurate with experience.
