Applied AI Solution Consulting Intern (DACH Market)
As an Applied AI Solution Consulting Intern at Celonis, you will join the Value Engineering team, focusing on driving and closing opportunities by identifying and articulating the value Celonis can bring to customers. Celonis is a global leader in Process Intelligence and Process Mining technology, investing heavily in advanced AI capabilities to transform data insights into immediate business actions.
In this role, you will analyze customer data to increase transparency in business processes, understand customer pain points, and translate them into actionable use cases within the Celonis Process Intelligence Platform. You will collaborate with customers and partners to uncover core business challenges, determine how Celonis can help achieve their business objectives and AI strategy, and quantify the financial impact of implemented use cases. Additionally, you will present findings to customers' C-level executives and decision-makers, leveraging Celonis data modeling and AI capabilities to uncover process inefficiencies and deliver high-impact, data-driven value propositions.
The ideal candidate is a student of Business Analytics, Business Informatics, Technology & Management, Industrial Engineering, AI/ML, Mathematics, or a comparable program. Strong communication skills and an interest in interacting with potential customers are essential, along with confidence in presenting to C-level executives and larger audiences. A passion for technology, data, OpenAI, and LLMs, as well as experience in consulting and a strong interest in Data Analytics and Applied AI, are highly valued. Proficiency in SQL and Python or related database query languages is required, and completion of Celonis "Rising Star" modules would be a plus. An analytical mindset, the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and execute, and business fluency in German and English are also necessary. Full-time availability for at least five months starting from June or July 2026 is required.
