This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless service delivery from onboarding to offboarding, maintaining full statutory compliance, and managing HRIS systems with precision. The position is based in Mumbai and requires on-site presence five days a week.

Key responsibilities include overseeing the entire employee lifecycle, from documentation and background verification during onboarding to conducting exit interviews and managing final settlements. The role also involves analyzing turnover trends to implement retention strategies, handling complex employee relations issues, and conducting regular feedback sessions to assess organizational health. Additionally, the Assistant Manager will ensure adherence to labor laws, timely filing of statutory returns, and lead both internal and external HR audits.

Candidates must possess an MBA or postgraduate degree in Human Resource Management and have 4 to 8 years of experience in HR operations. Proficiency in managing HRIS platforms, attendance management software, and advanced Excel skills are essential. Strong leadership potential, excellent communication abilities, and a high degree of empathy combined with professional firmness are also required.
