Government / PSU Sales Specialist – AI & Cloud
The Government / PSU Sales Specialist – AI & Cloud role at Neysa involves partnering with government departments, public sector undertakings (PSUs), and public institutions to drive large-scale adoption of AI and cloud solutions. In this position, the specialist is responsible for managing the entire public sector sales lifecycle, including empanelment, tender participation, bid management, and deal closure. Key responsibilities encompass identifying and pursuing opportunities through RFPs, RFIs, GeM, and direct engagements; building strong relationships with stakeholders across ministries, PSUs, smart cities, and regulatory bodies; and collaborating with system integrators, channel partners, and consortiums for large deals. Ensuring compliance with government procurement norms and positioning Neysa as a trusted AI cloud provider aligned with data sovereignty and security requirements are also critical aspects of the role.
Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field, along with 8–15 years of experience in government or PSU sales. A proven track record of winning large government or PSU deals is essential. Experience with GeM, NIC, MeitY projects, or state government engagements is advantageous, as is exposure to AI, cloud, data center, or digital transformation solutions. Core competencies include a deep understanding of public procurement processes, familiarity with working alongside system integrators, and the ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments.
