Bid Manager
Neysa Networks is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Bid Manager to join our team in Mumbai, India. As a trusted AI Acceleration Cloud Provider, Neysa is at the forefront of democratizing AI adoption across various sectors. The Bid Manager will play a pivotal role in managing the end-to-end bid process, ensuring the timely and high-quality submission of RFPs, RFIs, and strategic proposals.
In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and supporting relevant bid opportunities, collaborating with sales, product, and cross-functional teams to create compelling proposals. Your day-to-day activities will include managing timelines, ensuring compliance, maintaining a repository of past proposals, and contributing to the creation of reusable content. Additionally, you will support sales operations by monitoring CRM hygiene, tracking sales pipelines, and assisting with reporting and coordination across teams.
The ideal candidate will have 5–8 years of experience in Bid Management, Sales Enablement, or Sales Operations. Proven experience in managing RFPs/RFIs and end-to-end bid processes is essential, along with strong exposure to working with sales teams and cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. Hands-on experience collaborating with Sales, Pre-sales, Product, Finance, and Legal teams for bid submissions is required. Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce, Zoho, or HubSpot, and a basic understanding of pricing, commercials, and contract terms are also important.
