Legal Counsel

Neysa is seeking a Legal Counsel to join our Mumbai office, working onsite five days a week. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate closely with business teams and leadership, providing legal support in a fast-paced startup environment focused on AI and digital innovation.

The Legal Counsel will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various agreements, including Master Service Agreements, customer contracts, and cloud/service agreements. Additionally, the role involves handling vendor and partner contracts, addressing data protection and AI-related contractual terms, and maintaining contract templates and playbooks.

Candidates should possess a law degree (LLB or equivalent) with 2–4 years of post-qualification experience, preferably in both law firm and in-house settings. Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills, a solid understanding of commercial and technology-related agreements, and basic knowledge of data privacy and regulatory frameworks are essential. Effective communication, stakeholder management abilities, and a proactive approach to identifying risks and solutions are also required.
