Key responsibilities include maintaining exemplary customer service, building strong customer relationships, and fostering a customer-centric culture within the store. The Assistant Store Manager assists the Store Manager in implementing strategies to achieve store goals, recruiting and developing team members, ensuring compliance with regulations, and analyzing financial statements to maximize sales. Additional duties involve marketing within the community, resolving customer complaints, managing schedules and audits, and maintaining a clean store environment.
Candidates should have a minimum of one year of management experience in industries such as hospitality, financial services, retail, or restaurants. Essential skills include the ability to engage with customers confidently, develop positive customer relationships, and inspire excellence within the team. Strong communication and presentation skills, a high-energy and collaborative management style, and a professional appearance and demeanor are also required. Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays is necessary. English fluency is required, and bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus.
