Overnight Customer Service Representative

The Overnight Customer Service Representative (CSR) at PLS serves as the primary point of contact for customers during overnight hours, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction. PLS, a leading retail provider of financial services, operates over 200 financial service centers across 12 states, offering convenient and transparent financial products to help customers manage their daily financial needs.

Key responsibilities include providing outstanding customer service to ensure repeat business, educating customers on PLS products and services, completing transactions accurately and in compliance with regulations, maintaining a balanced cash drawer, and resolving customer complaints or referring them to the Store Manager for resolution. CSRs also help maintain a clean and organized store environment and perform other duties as instructed by management.

The ideal candidate should have previous customer service experience in industries such as hospitality, financial services, retail, or restaurant. Strong verbal communication skills, the ability to engage with customers, offer products and services based on their needs, and exceptional attention to detail are essential. A professional appearance and demeanor, honesty, integrity, and the ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, are also required. English fluency is mandatory, and being bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
