Overnight Customer Service Representative
PLS is seeking an Overnight Customer Service Representative to join our team at 6630 W. Camelback Rd., Glendale, AZ 85301. As a leading retail provider of financial services, PLS operates over 200 financial service centers across 12 states, offering convenient and transparent financial products to help customers manage their day-to-day needs. This role is integral to maintaining our commitment to exceptional customer service during overnight hours.
In this position, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service to ensure repeat business, educating customers on our products and services, and ensuring all transactions comply with federal, state, and local regulations. Your duties will include maintaining a balanced cash drawer, accurately processing transactions, resolving customer complaints or referring them to the Store Manager, and helping to maintain a clean and organized store environment.
The ideal candidate will have previous customer service experience in industries such as hospitality, financial services, retail, or restaurants. Strong verbal communication skills, the ability to engage with customers comfortably, and a professional appearance and demeanor are essential. Candidates must be honest, possess integrity, and be able to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. English fluency is required, and being bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
