Associate Account Executive
The Associate Account Executive (AAE) role at Celonis is part of the Lunar Program, an elite residency designed to develop high-potential sales talent into world-class Enterprise Account Executives. In this position, you will collaborate with field Account Executives on high-value deals while managing your own territory of opportunities through a partner-led resell motion. As an AAE, your primary responsibilities include evangelizing the Celonis Process Intelligence Platform to both new and existing customers, mastering sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, and managing the entire sales cycle for mid-market opportunities. You will strategically prospect using modern tools and creative strategies to build a robust pipeline, support complex deals by collaborating with experienced Sales Directors, and navigate the partner ecosystem to execute sales via partner contracts.
The ideal candidate possesses over two years of sales or business development experience in a SaaS organization, holds a BA/BS from a top university or equivalent, and demonstrates strong written and verbal communication skills. A results-driven attitude with a desire to exceed targets, a natural curiosity to understand complex business processes, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment are essential.
Celonis offers a base salary of $70,800 for this role in New York, along with a comprehensive compensation package that includes bonus/commission, equity, and benefits such as health, dental, life insurance, 401(k), and paid time off.
