Key responsibilities include onboarding new businesses, conducting regular check-ins, providing product training, addressing questions and concerns, and proactively identifying upselling or cross-selling opportunities. The position requires a client-focused approach and the ability to solve complex problems efficiently.
Candidates should have a bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, along with a proven track record in account management, customer success, or related fields. Fluency in Dutch and English is required, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills. Prior experience with SaaS platforms or digital marketing services in the Benelux market is highly preferred.
