The Associate Commercial Director, Customer Deliverables at AirTrunk is a pivotal role within the company's headquarters in North Sydney. This position reports to the Associate Commercial Director, Preflight, and collaborates closely with various teams and leadership across the Asia Pacific region. In this role, the individual is responsible for architecting and executing strategic commercial plans that align with AirTrunk's business objectives. Key responsibilities include ensuring seamless execution, compliance, and delivery of upstream and customer deliverables into downstream contracts. The role also involves providing expert advice to senior management and delivery teams on contractual terms, risk allocation, and deliverables to ensure robust governance and sustainable growth. Additionally, the individual will champion transformation and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance speed, quality, and cost-efficiency in delivering world-class data centers.
The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Law, complemented by education in Engineering, Construction, or Business/Commerce. A minimum of 12 years' experience in contracts, commercial, or legal advisory roles within complex construction or development environments is required. Proven expertise in leading and negotiating complex contracts with enterprise or hyperscale customers and contractors is essential. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, strategic problem-solving abilities, and dynamic leadership and business partnering skills are also critical for success in this role.
