RVO Health is seeking an Associate Director of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to support the financial planning and analysis for our Media business. This role is pivotal in driving insights and supporting decision-making within a dynamic and fast-paced segment of the organization. The successful candidate will develop financial models, analyze performance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize outcomes.

Key responsibilities include owning the FP&A function for the Media business, providing financial insights, analysis, and recommendations to support business performance and strategic decision-making. The role involves developing and maintaining financial models, forecasts, and budgets for the Media segment, as well as partnering with cross-functional teams to evaluate new initiatives, pricing strategies, and profitability. Additionally, the Associate Director will perform variance analysis, identify trends, and deliver actionable insights to leadership, while supporting monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, with an MBA or advanced degree preferred. A minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in finance is required, with FP&A experience in the healthcare industry strongly preferred. Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to interpret financial data and provide insights are essential, along with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling. Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting (EBITDA) is also necessary. Excellent communication and presentation skills are required, with the ability to convey complex financial information to non-finance stakeholders, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Compensation for this role includes a starting salary ranging from $100,000 to $140,000, based on geographic location, qualifications, and experience.
