The ideal candidate possesses 2 to 4 years of experience in corporate development, investment banking, M&A integration, management consulting, or business operations. They should demonstrate the ability to independently manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects from inception to completion. A strong understanding of the M&A process and a genuine curiosity about business acquisition, integration, and scaling are essential. Effective communication skills and the ability to empathize with founders and executives are also crucial for success in this role.
