HR Business Partner
Beacon Software is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to lead and enhance the human resources function within our rapidly growing technology company. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with the executive team, aligning our people strategy with business objectives across Beacon and its portfolio of acquired companies.
The HR Business Partner will be responsible for developing and executing multi-year people, organizational, and talent strategies that support business goals. Key responsibilities include advising leaders on talent planning, retention, leadership development, and change management. The role also involves coaching managers on performance management, employee engagement, and navigating organizational change. Additionally, the HR Business Partner will oversee employee relations matters, manage core people programs such as onboarding and performance cycles, and ensure the integrity of workforce data and operational controls.
The ideal candidate will have 7 to 12 years of progressive HR experience, including significant time in HR Business Partner or People Operations roles. A bachelor's or master's degree in a related field is preferred. Candidates should possess strong business acumen, the ability to translate business strategy into people and organizational decisions, and proven experience partnering with senior leaders on complex HR topics. Deep knowledge across core HR disciplines, strong analytical skills, and excellent judgment are essential.
