Associate Producer & Editor, Social Content
Peloton's Content Department is seeking a dynamic Associate Producer & Editor to join our team in New York City. This role focuses on creating high-quality video content that bridges organic storytelling with paid performance, supporting both our brand and instructors. The position requires a hands-on approach to video production and editing, with a strong understanding of social media trends and audiences.
Key responsibilities include leading the creation of social content from concept to delivery, emphasizing trend awareness and paid content execution. The role involves producing and editing platform-native content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and Peloton-owned platforms to grow community engagement and support brand initiatives. Additionally, the position requires optimizing content for platform algorithms, delivering approximately 6–10 video assets per week, and collaborating cross-functionally to produce high-performing assets.
Candidates should have 3–5 years of experience as a Social Producer and Editor across multiple platforms. Proficiency in Adobe Premiere or DaVinci Resolve, exceptional storytelling skills, and the ability to edit at high volume are essential. Strong project management skills, excellent writing abilities, and familiarity with social data tools to inform creative strategy are also required.
The base salary range for this position is $106,300 to $125,750 per year.
