The Associate Program Manager at Compass plays a pivotal role within the Customer Success Team, focusing on developing and executing enablement programs that drive product adoption and enhance satisfaction among both customers and employees. Responsibilities include designing and implementing comprehensive learning opportunities through various methods such as live instruction, on-demand coursework, playbook creation, and customized coaching sessions. Additionally, the role involves developing agent- and employee-facing resources, establishing key performance indicators to evaluate program effectiveness, and continuously monitoring and reporting on program performance.

Candidates should possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in customer success or hospitality, with a proven track record of empowering and supporting customers and peers with complex products and situations. Hands-on experience in building and delivering training to both technical and non-technical audiences is essential. Strong project management skills, excellent interpersonal abilities, and a self-motivated, proactive attitude are also required. The ability to simplify complex concepts, develop engaging in-class exercises, and maintain an acute awareness of shifting deadlines and priorities is crucial.

The salary range for this position is $86,800 to $96,400 annually, with the base pay offered varying depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
