As the Business Development Representative (BDR) Director - Delivery & Optimisation at Trustpilot, you will lead our global outsourced sales operations, currently based in Egypt. This role involves integrating these teams seamlessly into Trustpilot's global sales framework, ensuring they function as a vital component of our lead generation and revenue efforts. Your primary responsibilities will include strategic growth leadership by aligning the outsourced BDR partnership with Trustpilot's global expansion goals, identifying new opportunities for value creation. You will oversee performance and revenue optimisation, setting and exceeding key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs) to drive lead generation and sales qualification. Additionally, you will manage commercial and operational excellence through high-level negotiations, budget oversight, and maximising return on investment from our partnerships. Ensuring cross-functional integration, you will facilitate seamless collaboration between the outsourced team and internal departments such as Marketing, Sales Operations, and Finance. Maintaining global quality control, you will uphold Trustpilot's standards by enhancing sales coaching, process efficiency, and compliance with regulations like GDPR and CCPA. Lastly, you will provide executive reporting, offering insights into outsourced performance and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.

The ideal candidate will possess experience in sales leadership, commercial partnerships, or strategic outsourcing, preferably within SaaS or high-growth technology sectors. A proven track record in managing large-scale, third-party sales organisations where performance is directly linked to revenue is essential. Expertise in negotiating complex, performance-based commercial agreements and a data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret sales funnels and conversion data are crucial. Cultural intelligence, particularly experience working with outsourced teams in the Middle East or EMEA regions, and the ability to build rapport across diverse geographies are highly valued.

Trustpilot offers a hybrid work setup with three days in the office and two days remote. The compensation package includes a competitive base salary with an uncapped commission structure and company bonus. Employees receive 25 days of holiday per year, increasing to 28 days after two years of continuous employment.
