The Benefits Manager will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing Via's health, welfare, retirement, and wellness programs for both U.S. and global employees. This position involves overseeing the entire benefits experience, from new hire enrollments to offboarding processes, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, and collaborating with various teams to support Via's dynamic workforce.

Ideal candidates should have 4-6 years of experience in U.S. benefits administration, including plan design and leave management, preferably within a fast-paced environment. A deep understanding of employment and benefit laws such as ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, FMLA, and COBRA is essential. Proficiency with enterprise HRIS platforms, particularly Workday Benefits Administration, and strong organizational and financial auditing skills are also required.

Compensation for this role includes a salary range of $80,000 to $90,000 per year, complemented by comprehensive health coverage, a 401(k) plan with a generous company match, fully paid parental leave, and additional benefits such as mental health support and pet insurance. Employees are also entitled to 20 days of paid time off annually.
