Axon is seeking a Business Analyst II to join our Software Services Team, focusing on delivering impactful software solutions to our clients. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to a rapidly growing software startup within a public company, emphasizing collaboration and client engagement.

In this position, you will work closely with clients to capture their requirements, document business processes, and develop user stories and workflows. You will collaborate with Project Managers, Solution Architects, and Product teams to design and implement solutions that meet client objectives. Additionally, you will configure systems to align with client outcomes, assess the feasibility of proposed solutions, and design functional acceptance tests and training materials.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Computer Science, or Engineering. Experience in managing process improvements or facilitating change management is essential. Strong problem-solving skills, outcome-driven thinking, and the ability to make trade-off assessments are required. Leadership experience and a self-starting attitude are highly valued. Experience working with or in law enforcement and familiarity with JSON coding are preferred. Candidates must pass a Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) background check and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
