Candidates should possess a Bachelor's or Diploma degree from any field, with at least 1-2 years of experience in the financial industry. A strong network within local brands or retail merchants is preferred. Essential skills include strong analytical abilities in sales and performance monitoring, excellent negotiation and leadership capabilities, and effective communication skills. Additionally, candidates must hold both a SIM A and C license and own a personal vehicle.
