Business Development Jr. Associate - Project Incubation

is seeking a Business Development Junior Associate to join their Project Incubation team. This role focuses on planning and managing projects from initiation through to official launch, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to drive project success.

Key responsibilities include defining project scope, workflow, budget, promotional schemes, and resource requirements. The associate will monitor and manage project progress to ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery. Additionally, they will develop and implement processes for planned projects, continuously improving them based on evaluations and monitoring results. Coordination and communication with project stakeholders, as well as maintaining proper documentation and preparing clear reports, are essential aspects of the role. The associate will also prepare presentation materials to support project socialization and communicate new or updated processes to stakeholders.

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree (S1) with a minimum GPA of 3.00/4.00 and have at least 3 years of experience in a financing company with similar responsibilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is required, along with fluency in English, both written and spoken.
