Business Development Manager
The Business Development Manager at Celonis plays a pivotal role in shaping the future of our sales organization by leading and coaching a team of Business Development Representatives (BDRs). In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and recruiting top talent to join the BDR team, providing on-call coaching to enhance their prospecting, outreach, and discovery efforts. You will collaborate closely with Sales Leadership to support successful pipeline generation and work with marketing to leverage demand generation and field marketing initiatives. Leading group trainings, enablement sessions, and team meetings, you will hold your team accountable for achieving and exceeding targets.
The ideal candidate will have over four years of experience in a BDR or SDR function or relevant work experience, with quota-carrying SaaS sales experience being a plus. A BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience is required. Demonstrated leadership abilities, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a passion for continuous learning are essential. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and inspire a team are key attributes for success in this role.
Celonis offers a competitive base salary range of $110,550 to $135,000 USD, with total compensation including bonus/commission, equity, and comprehensive benefits such as health, dental, life insurance, 401(k), and paid time off.
