Business Development Representative (French-Speaking)
ROLLER is seeking a French-speaking Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our dynamic team in London. As a global leader in the leisure and attractions industry, ROLLER provides innovative software solutions that enhance guest experiences through seamless ticketing, point-of-sale systems, self-serve kiosks, memberships, and digital waivers. In this position, you will be responsible for both inbound and outbound prospecting, swiftly responding to inquiries and generating new business leads through calls and emails. Your day-to-day activities will include qualifying leads via discovery calls, understanding prospect needs, and articulating the value of our products. Additionally, you will drive urgency to progress prospects through the sales funnel and collaborate closely with the sales team to meet company goals and targets.
The ideal candidate is based in London and excels in a hybrid work environment, balancing in-office collaboration with remote productivity. Fluency in both French and English is essential. While 1-2 years of BDR experience in the B2B SaaS industry is advantageous, we welcome candidates who demonstrate potential, drive, and a passion for sales. A proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas, familiarity with qualification frameworks like MEDDICC or BANT, and experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot are highly desirable. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are crucial for building strong relationships with clients and team members.
