Business Development Representative (German-Speaking)

ROLLER is seeking a German-speaking Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our dynamic team in London. As a BDR, you will be the initial point of contact for potential clients, playing a crucial role in expanding our sales pipeline and supporting our Account Executives. This hybrid role offers a blend of in-office collaboration and remote work, providing flexibility and engagement within a vibrant company culture.

In this position, your primary responsibilities will include promptly responding to inbound inquiries, generating new business leads through outbound calls and emails, and qualifying these leads via effective discovery calls. You will work closely with the sales team to progress prospects through the sales funnel, initiate meetings between prospects and Account Executives, and actively participate in events to seize new business opportunities.

The ideal candidate is based in London and fluent in both German and English. While 1-2 years of BDR experience in the B2B SaaS industry is advantageous, we welcome individuals who demonstrate potential, drive, and a passion for sales. A proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas, familiarity with qualification frameworks like MEDDICC or BANT, and experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot are highly desirable. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building strong relationships with clients and team members.
