Garner Health is seeking a Business Development Representative to join our Provider Partnerships team. In this role, you will be responsible for initiating outreach to targeted healthcare organizations and care delivery platforms, collaborating closely with the Provider Sales team. This position reports directly to the Senior Vice President of Provider Partnerships.

Your primary responsibilities will include generating qualified meetings and building a robust pipeline for Garner's revenue organization. You will work with Provider Sales Vice Presidents to develop targeted outreach strategies for healthcare organizations, such as health systems, physician groups, digital health platforms, and other care delivery entities. Utilizing your industry knowledge, you will research these organizations, identify key stakeholders, generate interest, and develop target accounts. Additionally, you will conduct high-level discovery conversations to qualify opportunities and schedule meetings with the Provider Sales team. Managing and reporting all activities using Salesforce and collaborating with Growth Marketing to drive attendance at regional and national events are also key aspects of this role.

The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience, with strong phone communication, listening, and writing skills. Experience in both inbound and outbound calling is essential. Proficiency in Salesforce, Outreach, and ZoomInfo is required. Familiarity with the healthcare landscape, including health systems, physician groups, clinically integrated networks, digital health platforms, or other care delivery organizations, is a plus. A proactive attitude and willingness to take initiative are highly valued. Experience in a rapidly evolving startup environment is preferred, along with a desire to be part of a high-performing, mission-driven team that values urgency, individual accountability, and authentic feedback.

The base salary for this position is $80,000, with additional commission eligibility. Compensation will depend on various factors, including qualifications and skills. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible to participate in our equity incentive and competitive benefits plans, which include flexible PTO, medical, dental, and vision plan options, 401(k) with company match, flexible spending accounts, and Teladoc Health services.
