Senior Client Success Manager (Mid-Market)
The Senior Client Success Manager (Mid-Market) at Garner Health is a pivotal role within the Client Success team, reporting directly to the Director of Client Success. This position focuses on managing and nurturing relationships with mid-market clients, specifically those with employee counts ranging from 100 to 999. Garner Health is dedicated to transforming the healthcare economy by partnering with employers to redesign healthcare benefits, guiding employees to higher-quality, lower-cost care.
Key responsibilities include owning and managing a high-volume book of business comprising 50 to 60 mid-market client and broker relationships. The role involves delivering exceptional client experiences through executing key workflows, monitoring account health, and proactively addressing risks. The Senior Client Success Manager will track and analyze client success KPIs, develop and execute engagement plans aligned with client goals, and manage multiple concurrent client projects with strong attention to detail. Collaboration with cross-functional teams such as Strategic Account Management, Sales, and Member Services is essential to meet client needs and achieve engagement goals.
The ideal candidate possesses over four years of experience managing a large, high-performing B2B book of business, preferably within the healthcare and benefits industry. They should demonstrate expertise in client management, including ownership of executive relationships and day-to-day account management, as well as navigating complex client and broker stakeholder environments. Exceptional project management and organizational skills are required, along with a data-driven mindset to leverage KPIs and client insights for proactive risk identification and engagement optimization. Strong executive presence and communication skills, both written and presentation, are essential, coupled with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach and a passion for delivering outstanding client experiences in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation for this role includes a target salary range of $117,000 to $140,000, inclusive of base and commission. In addition to base compensation, the position is eligible to participate in equity incentive and competitive benefits plans, including flexible PTO, medical/dental/vision plan options, 401(k) with company match, and flexible spending accounts.
