Business Development Support

The Business Development Support role at Cermati involves collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, business development, and product teams, to handle administrative tasks and maintain product configurations. Key responsibilities include managing administrative work, maintaining new and existing product configurations or rule setups, performing various duties requiring knowledge of departmental procedures, gathering and collecting necessary information or data for reporting, and conducting analysis to provide basic insights.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree from a reputable university; fresh graduates are welcome. While all majors are considered, candidates with backgrounds in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or Engineering are preferred. Essential skills include attention to detail for data entry, problem-solving abilities, a strong willingness to learn, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Office Suite. Knowledge of SQL and the ability to communicate in both English and Bahasa, both verbally and in writing, are advantageous.
