Business Development Support Officer - Collateral Loan

Cermaticom is seeking a Business Development Support Officer to join our Collateral Loan team. This role is integral to our operations, focusing on managing and optimizing the lead distribution process, maintaining partner databases, and supporting incentive calculations. The successful candidate will work closely with Business Development Associates to ensure efficient follow-up on leads and contribute to the overall growth of our collateral loan services.

Key responsibilities include sorting and assigning daily incoming leads from digital channels such as WhatsApp, social media, and our website to the appropriate Business Development Associates. The officer will maintain an organized and up-to-date registry of all active agents, ensuring accurate contact information and bank details for commission payments. Additionally, the role involves preparing monthly activity data required to calculate commissions and bonuses for agents, coordinating logistics for agent gatherings, dealer training sessions, and micro-marketing events, as well as compiling daily funnel reports to track application progress.

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in a business-related field and be proficient in Microsoft Office. Experience in handling administrative tasks is essential, along with strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Effective communication abilities and the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously are also important for success in this role.
