Proficiency in consulting frameworks and deliverables, including slide decks (PowerPoint or Google Slides), financial models, and client workshop facilitation tools, is essential. Strong analytical skills to deconstruct ambiguous business problems, synthesize findings, and critique multiple solution approaches are required. Familiarity with consulting resources such as case libraries, industry benchmarks, and proprietary frameworks, along with comfort using Excel or Google Sheets and collaboration platforms for structuring and annotating strategic work, is also necessary. Excellent reading comprehension, autonomous judgment with limited data, and a passion for technological advancements and innovation in business are crucial.

Compensation for U.S.-based candidates ranges from $45 to $100 per hour, depending on factors such as relevant experience, skills, education, geographic location, and qualifications.
