Business Growth Sr. Associate

The Business Growth Senior Associate at is responsible for driving the expansion of the cash loan business by increasing customer acquisition, optimizing conversion rates, and ensuring sustainable disbursement volumes aligned with company targets. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance the customer journey and achieve growth objectives.

Key responsibilities include identifying and executing initiatives to boost cash loan applications and disbursements, monitoring and analyzing funnel performance to improve conversion rates, and conducting market and competitor analyses to uncover growth opportunities. The associate will also collaborate with Marketing, Risk, and Operations teams to optimize the customer journey and reduce drop-offs, while tracking and reporting daily, weekly, and monthly growth performance.

Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field, along with a minimum of two years' experience in business growth, strategy roles, or the lending industry. Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, or BI tools is essential. A proven track record of achieving growth targets, strong execution and problem-solving skills, and effective communication and coordination abilities are also required. Familiarity with cash loans or lending products is advantageous.
