GoGuardian is seeking a motivated Business Intelligence Analyst II to enhance and monitor the company's business performance. This role offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate closely with decision-makers across marketing, sales, and finance teams, contributing to the company's mission of improving K-12 learning environments.

The Business Intelligence Analyst II will provide both tactical and strategic insights to business decision-makers, working closely with them to define key performance indicators and metrics. Responsibilities include building and managing data analytics products such as reports and dashboards, providing written and verbal summaries and recommendations regarding business performance, and alerting decision-makers to changes in business performance while investigating and explaining these changes quantitatively. The role also involves collaborating with the data engineering team to prioritize data needs, identify data quality issues, assist in data modeling, and monitor nightly BI-related jobs. Additionally, the analyst will ensure that department software tools, including GoGuardian Products, Salesforce, and Google Analytics, are utilized effectively for reliable data collection.

Candidates should possess a Master's Degree in an analytics-focused program, such as Business Analytics, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, or a Bachelor's Degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience. Advanced SQL skills are required, with over 3 years of experience managing large datasets and running complex queries using CTEs, Window, and recursive functions. Proficiency in Tableau is essential, along with at least 2 years of experience analyzing SaaS product metrics and sales and marketing data from systems like Salesforce, Hubspot, and Google Analytics. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are necessary, as well as the ability to work comfortably with department leads and guide them in data utilization.

GoGuardian offers competitive compensation, including a base salary range of $115,000 to $125,000, complete health insurance, 401(k) matching, and an employee equity plan.
