Business Solutions Architect: Finance Systems

Axon is seeking a Business Solutions Architect to lead the delivery and ongoing management of critical finance platforms supporting financial close, consolidation, revenue recognition, compliance, and reporting. This role involves collaborating with Finance, Accounting, Revenue Operations, Tax, IT, Engineering, and Enterprise Architecture teams to ensure the effective implementation and operation of finance systems.

Key responsibilities include acting as the product manager for Axon's finance systems, leading the end-to-end implementation of the Finance & Accounting Consolidation platform, overseeing RevStream upgrades, translating complex financial requirements into clear product plans, driving cross-functional execution, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and tax requirements.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field, along with over eight years of experience in finance systems or enterprise delivery roles. A deep understanding of financial processes, experience with platforms like OneStream or Oracle EPM, strong product management skills, technical fluency with ERPs and analytics platforms, and the ability to operate autonomously on high-impact initiatives are essential.
