Axon is seeking a Business Solutions Architect to join its Business Solutions team, focusing on the Sales Systems and Enablement portfolio. This role is pivotal in managing and enhancing platforms that support the entire sales lifecycle, including opportunity management, quoting, forecasting, deal execution, and sales analytics. The position is based in Seattle, Washington, and follows a hybrid schedule with on-site work from Tuesday to Friday and remote work on Mondays.

The Business Solutions Architect will act as a strategic partner to the Sales organization, collaborating closely with Sales Leadership, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, and Customer Success to identify business needs and translate them into scalable solutions. Key responsibilities include leading high-impact initiatives to improve sales productivity, deal velocity, and pipeline visibility, as well as serving as the product owner for assigned sales systems, shaping roadmaps, prioritizing investments, and ensuring measurable business outcomes. The role also involves close collaboration with IT and Engineering teams to drive rapid prototyping of ideas, validate solutions with stakeholders, and scale them into production-ready capabilities.

Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field, along with at least 8 years of experience in sales systems, business systems product management, or enterprise delivery roles. A strong understanding of sales processes and go-to-market workflows, including CRM, quoting/CPQ, forecasting, and pipeline management, is essential. Experience with platforms such as Salesforce, CPQ tools, or similar sales technologies is required. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders across Sales, IT, and Operations, and have strong product management capabilities, including roadmap ownership, backlog prioritization, stakeholder alignment, UAT leadership, and phased delivery.

The base pay range for this role is between $142,500 and $228,000, depending on factors such as level, function, training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and geographic market.
