Business Solutions Architect: Sales Operations
Axon is seeking a Business Solutions Architect to join its Business Solutions team, focusing on the Sales Systems and Enablement portfolio. This role is pivotal in managing and enhancing platforms that support the entire sales lifecycle, including opportunity management, quoting, forecasting, deal execution, and sales analytics. The position involves close collaboration with Sales Leadership, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, and Customer Success to understand business needs and translate them into scalable solutions.
Key responsibilities include acting as the product manager and delivery lead for Axon's Sales Systems, such as CRM, quoting/configuration, forecasting, and sales analytics platforms. The role requires identifying pain points, uncovering opportunities, and co-creating solutions to improve sales efficiency and effectiveness. Additionally, the architect will build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships across the Sales organization to ensure alignment and successful adoption of solutions.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field, along with over eight years of experience in sales systems, business systems product management, or enterprise delivery roles. A strong understanding of sales processes and go-to-market workflows, including CRM, quoting/CPQ, forecasting, and pipeline management, is essential. Experience with platforms such as Salesforce, CPQ tools, or similar sales technologies is also required.
