Business Solutions Architect: Sales Operations
Axon is seeking a Business Solutions Architect to lead the delivery and ongoing management of critical platforms supporting the end-to-end sales lifecycle, including opportunity management, quoting, forecasting, deal execution, and sales analytics. This role involves close collaboration with Sales Leadership, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, and Customer Success to understand business needs and translate them into scalable solutions.
Key responsibilities include acting as the product manager for Axon's Sales Systems, such as CRM and forecasting platforms, and partnering with sales teams to identify pain points and co-create solutions that enhance sales efficiency. The role also involves leading the delivery of key sales initiatives, driving rapid prototyping with IT and Engineering teams, and ensuring solutions are scalable and aligned with broader go-to-market strategies.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field, along with over 8 years of experience in sales systems, business systems product management, or enterprise delivery roles. A strong understanding of sales processes and go-to-market workflows, experience with platforms like Salesforce, and the ability to build relationships across Sales, IT, and Operations are essential. Technical fluency with enterprise systems and analytics platforms is also required.
