The Business Solutions Architect: Sales Operations at Axon is a pivotal role within the Business Solutions team, focusing on the Sales Systems and Enablement portfolio. This position is integral to managing and enhancing platforms that support the entire sales lifecycle, including opportunity management, quoting, forecasting, deal execution, and sales analytics. The role involves close collaboration with Sales Leadership, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, and Customer Success to understand business needs and translate them into scalable solutions.

Key responsibilities include acting as the product manager and delivery lead for Axon's Sales Systems, encompassing CRM, quoting/configuration, forecasting, and sales analytics platforms. The role requires partnering with various sales-related departments to identify pain points, uncover opportunities, and co-create solutions that enhance sales efficiency and effectiveness. Additionally, the position involves leading end-to-end delivery of key sales initiatives, driving rapid prototyping with IT and Engineering teams, and ensuring solutions are scalable and aligned with broader go-to-market and revenue strategies.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field, along with over 8 years of experience in sales systems, business systems product management, or enterprise delivery roles. A strong understanding of sales processes and go-to-market workflows, experience with platforms such as Salesforce and CPQ tools, and demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders across Sales, IT, and Operations are essential. Technical fluency with enterprise systems and analytics platforms is also required.
