Echodyne is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to join our team in Kirkland, Washington, developing next-generation radar systems. This role serves as the primary liaison between Information Technology and functional subject matter experts, defining and documenting system requirements, scope, and objectives to drive system development and implementation. The position reports to the Director of Information Technology.

Key responsibilities include developing business intelligence reports and dashboards, leading client meetings to gather and analyze business requirements, and translating existing systems and processes into effective workflows focusing on process automation. The analyst will also lead new implementations and upgrades of assigned applications, provide ongoing maintenance, and resolve technical challenges involving integrated systems. Additional duties encompass testing and verifying software releases, generating and updating documentation, and providing education and training for application end users.

Required qualifications include a bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 2 years of direct experience, or 6+ years of relevant experience without a degree. Candidates must have experience with NetSuite or similar ERP systems, Tulip or similar MES systems, and creating and deploying business intelligence reports and dashboards. A strong understanding of the software implementation life cycle, project management, business process management, and change management is essential. Excellent customer service, communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks independently are also required.

The expected annual salary range for this exempt role is $86,623 to $129,883.
