Swing Shift Supervisor
Echodyne is seeking a Swing Shift Supervisor to lead a team of production technicians in the assembly and testing of next-generation radar systems. This role involves direct supervision and active participation in production activities within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The position is based in Woodinville, Washington, with working hours from 1:30 pm to 10:00 pm PT.
Key responsibilities include assigning tasks to technicians, resolving operational issues, and ensuring efficient workflow during the swing shift. The supervisor will oversee the assembly, testing, rework, and repair of radar electronic devices and accessories, including circuit board assemblies and radar subsystems. Collaboration with manufacturing, test engineering, and product development teams is essential to support production and product development objectives.
Candidates must have prior supervisory or lead experience in a production environment, particularly in electronics manufacturing and testing. Proficiency with RF electronics test equipment such as oscilloscopes, signal generators, multimeters, and power supplies is required. Familiarity with ESD control processes, lean manufacturing practices like 6S and kanban systems, and the ability to lift equipment up to 50 pounds are also necessary. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for this role.
The annual salary for this exempt position ranges from $86,623 to $129,883, with an additional 10% pay differential for overnight shifts.
