LaunchDarkly is seeking a Campaign Strategist to lead the tactical execution of integrated marketing campaigns. This role is pivotal in directing and analyzing full-funnel Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns across multiple channels to generate awareness and demand among prospects and customers. The Campaign Strategist will collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and operations teams to build and scale the Integrated Campaigns function.

Key responsibilities include planning, building, and optimizing new logo and customer campaigns to support pipeline and revenue generation. The strategist will coordinate promotional elements across channels such as advertising, paid social, nurture emails, webinars, direct mail, and video, ensuring cohesive campaign messaging. Additionally, the role involves mapping existing content to campaign needs, influencing future content plans, analyzing campaign performance, and recommending optimizations. Collaboration with sales teams to enable coordinated outreach efforts and working with Revenue Operations to execute repeatable processes are also essential duties.

The ideal candidate will have over five years of experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, integrated campaigns, and ABM. A proven ability to execute marketing programs aligned with strategic business goals and deliver measurable results is crucial. Strong understanding of B2B demand generation and ABM frameworks, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, and experience in B2B SaaS or high-growth technology environments are highly preferred.

Compensation for this role varies based on geographic zones within the United States. For Zone 1 (San Francisco/Bay Area, NYC Metropolitan Area, Boston, Seattle), the salary range is $108,000 to $149,000. Zone 2 (Irvine, LA, Monterey, Santa Barbara, Santa Rosa, Austin, Portland, Philadelphia, Chicago) offers $97,000 to $134,000. Zone 3 (all other US locations) provides $92,000 to $127,000. Additional benefits include Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), health, vision, and dental insurance, and mental health benefits.
