The Cash Application Associate at Nabis plays a pivotal role within the Finance and Accounts Receivable team, ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of the accounts receivable cycle. Key responsibilities include accurately and promptly applying customer payments received via various methods such as EFT, checks, and ACH transfers. The associate will perform regular account reconciliations between the accounting system and internal platforms, investigate and resolve discrepancies related to payments or invoices, and serve as the initial reviewer of team members' work before escalation to the Team Lead. Additionally, the role involves documenting procedures, suggesting improvements to enhance efficiency and compliance, and acting as the primary point of contact for cash application matters in collaboration with the Accounts Receivable team.

Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting, with a preference for those holding such qualifications. A minimum of 2–3 years of experience in cash applications or related accounts receivable roles is required. Proficiency with financial tools and platforms, including QuickBooks Online, SaaSAnt, Excel, Dropbox, and Slack, is essential. Strong analytical skills, the ability to resolve complex issues independently, high attention to detail, and excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are also necessary.
